BAN THE AMMO SUPPORTS A SINGLE SIMPLE AND WORKABLE SOLUTION TO AMERICA’S GUN PROBLEM.
Following two decades of mass killings of American school children and thousands of other innocent citizens, and the burden of tremendous grief left in the wake of these mass murders, BAN THE AMMO has come into being. Our purpose is to get Congress to enact an ammunition ban that is sensible and that targets the specific type of ammunition for the type of guns that are most often used in mass killings. We are reaching out with our campaign to members of Congress, gun safety organizations, and President Biden. The idea is simple, it has historical precedence, and it will close the loopholes that exist in every gun safety plan in existence today.
